The New York University women's volleyball, men's and women's soccer, and men's and women's cross country teams are set to return to action in just over one month with each squad's fall schedule being announced. 

Friday, August 29, will mark the season-openers for all five fall teams, with men's soccer opening at its home site, the New Jersey Instittute of Technology (NJIT), against Rowan University. On the same day, the women's volleyball team will begin the year in San Antonio, TX, at the Trinity Classic against Milikin University, women's soccer will travel to Newburgh, NY, to take on Mount Saint Mary College, while both cross country teams will compete in the Vassar Season Starter. 

Two days later, on Sunday, August 31, the Violets' women's soccer team will host its home opener, also at NJIT, against Claremont McKenna College. 

One week later on Septmber 5, women's volleyball plays its season opener at the John A. Paulson Center hosting Gallaudet University.  

Senior Days for men's and women's soccer will take place on Saturday, November 8, against Brandeis University, while women's volleyball will have its Senior Day on November 8, when it welcomes Randolph-Macon College and John Jay College for a tri-match.
