Policies & Procedures:
- All participants MUST present a valid New York University ID upon entrance to the facility and class
- Participants must wear athletic clothing and footwear.
- We encourage attire that is comfortable for you and the activity or class you are participating in.
- We encourage bringing a water bottle and towel to help aid and support your comfort and experience.
- Participants must clean all equipment that they use prior to and after use.
- All students must be registered for the class, reservation is activated upon attendance
- Please arrive early, or at the latest, on-time. All interested participants are encouraged to arrive 15-minutes early to check in with the fitness staff or the instructor upon arrival
- Please do not interrupt a class in the same space prior to your class beginning
- Please be respectful of your fellow classmates in terms of space, equipment, and overall respect. All classes and sessions are safe spaces for everyone to improve
Class/Program Postponements and Cancelations:
- If a class, program, or session is canceled, all registered participants will be contacted via email prior to the start of class.
- Please be aware of the class schedules as the following can determine cancelations or postponements:
- Facility Closure due to Maintenance
- University closure
- Closure due to inclement weather, unforeseen incidents, or observed holidays or breaks
Support for Students with Accessibility Needs:
- The Moses Center for Student Accessibility and Inclusive Culture works with NYU students to determine and implement appropriate and reasonable accommodations as well as access available programs and resources to support equal access to your education.
