
Situated strategically in Noho, the 404 Fitness Facility offers a comprehensive space to support your active and healthy lifestyle. Enjoy three floors dedicated to strength training, functional training, cardio and fitness classes. 404 Fitness is considered NYU's main hub for weight lifting and personal training.
Strength and Cardio
The 404 Fitness Facility is designed to cater to the unique needs and goals of each individual. Here you'll find a comprehensive array of free weights and machines.
- Four squat racks fully equipped with pull up handles to satisfy a vast array of weightlifting exercises.
- Plate loaded and selectorized machines.
- Turf area for all your functional training needs.
- Six fully equipped dumbbell racks.
- Cardio equipment located on all three floors including treadmills, bicycles, ellipticals, stair climbers and rowers. The majority of our cardio machines have their own personal screen with content and fitness programming.
- Dedicated stretching area on the second floor.
Exercise Studios in 404:
404 Fitness Facility offers a welcoming environment for exercise. The facility includes:
- Two fitness studios offering drop-in classes in disciplines like yoga, pilates, boot camp, zumba, and more.
- A diverse array of equipment, encompassing kettlebells, foam rollers, yoga mats, resistance bands, jump ropes, weightlifting belts, and more.
- Spacious areas dedicated to functional training, agility drills, and group workouts.
