The New York University men's golf team is competing at the Dr. Tim Brown Invitational, hosted by Skidmore College at the Ballston Spa Country Club in Ballston Spa, NY, on Saturday and Sunday, April 13-14.
In Saturday's first round, the Violets totaled 301 and are in a tie for 13th place.
Hamilton College leads after shooting 288.
The top performer for NYU on Saturday was
Ishaan Shroff, who is tied for 23rd place after shooting 74.
Drew Clark shot 75 and is tied for 40th place.
Kevin Kim and
Mark Zhang each shot 76 and are in a tie for 56th place.
Ryan Leung is also competing and is tied for 96th after shooting 80.
Overall, 23 teams and 128 golfers are competing.
Sunday's second and final round is expected to tee off at 8:00am.
