The United States Fencing Coaches Association (USFCA) has announced its postseason honors, recognizing nine student-athletes and the head coach of the New York University men's and women's fencing programs.
On the men's side, Szymon Wojciechowski headlined the announcement, securing a pair of accolades. He was named both the Men's National Collegiate Epee Division III Athlete of the Year and the Men's Epee Division III Newcomer of the Year.
Wojciechowski's standout rookie campaign featured a victory at the Northeast Regional Championship and qualification for the NCAA Championships, as well as a exceptional 10th-place finish at the Junior World Championships.
Wojciechowski earned First Team DIII All-American distinction and Jordan Macarty was named Honorable Mention DIII All-American in epee.

On the women's side, Katherine Chen was named the Women's Epee Division III Athlete of the Year. Her recognition marks another significant postseason honor for the sophomore, who represented the Violets at the national level this season and secured her second career North American Cup medal with a 7th-place finish at the Division 1 National Championships on April 27.
Chen was also named First Team DIII All-American in epee and Azniv Basralian joined her with Second Team DIII All-American distinction.
Greta Yuan was named Second Team DIII All-American in saber.
NYU Head Coach Ben Bratton swept the coaching honors, being named both the Men's and Women's Division III Coach of the Year.
"I'm really happy for all our honorees," shared Coach Bratton. "Their work ethic, preparation, and competitive mindset have really set a standard for those around them. When you look at the full body of work throughout the season, either at World Cups, North American Cups or our meets, they are totally deserving of USFCA honors."
