New York University's men's golf team completed the second and final round of the Tim Brown Invitational, hosted by Skidmore College, on Sunday, April 14, at the Ballston Spa Country Club in Ballston Spa, NY.
The Violets tied for 15th as a team with 597 strokes over the two rounds, finishing three below 14th-place SUNY Delhi and five better than two teams tied for 17th.
Kevin Kim was on par today as he carded a 71 to bring his two-day total to 147 and tie for 30th individually. NYU's four other competitors all shot a 75 in round two, with
Ishaan Shroff finishing the highest out of the group (T44th, 149).
Drew Clark (T57th, 150),
Mark Zhang (T64th, 151) and
Ryan Leung (T93rd, 155) round out the Violets' quintet.
There were 23 teams and and 128 golfers in action at the tournament.
NYU is back on the course on Saturday, April 20, for round one of the George Cangero Invitational in Farmingdale, NY.
