NYU Athletics has announced that free online Recreation classes will continue through November 24.
Classes are available seven days a week, so get your sweat on, find your center and relax. We are offering Abs/Core, Shredded Abs, HIIT, Tempo Strength, Total Body, Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga/Meditation, Hip Hop Dance, Zumba, and Cardio Kickboxing.
