Warren Halliburton was an IC4A individual champion before and after serving in the military during his time at NYU. He finished 4th in the 60-yard high hurdles at the coveted Millrose Games at Madison Square Garden in 1943. Halliburton was a member of NYU's Metropolitan Intercollegiate Outdoor Championship teams in 1942, '43 and '44 placing 1st in the low (220-yard) and high (120-yard) hurdles.
