A Violet Legacy Unleashed
Tear It Up!, an NYU Athletics tradition established in 2005, returns for the 2025-26 season! These events give new and returning members of the NYU community special opportunities throughout the academic year to cheer on their fellow Violets on the court, on the field, and in the pool. Tear It Up! Events will encompass all of our varsity programs, with Violets giveaways, food, and special guest appearances.

Get ready for a night full of energy, spirit, and Violet pride. Join us for Fall Fest, NYU’s biggest celebration of the season so far; featuring basketball, live music, free food, giveaways and a high stakes volleyball matchup. Sign up now for your exclusive seat at the basketball first look!
