Gianna Dawson, Jon Diaz, and Lucy Gott of the New York University men's and women's track & field teams traveled to Raleigh, NC, to compete in the Raleigh Relays, hosted by North Carolina State University, on Friday and Saturday, March 28–29.

On Friday, Gott took to the track in the 10,000-meter run, crossing the line in 36:13.96 to earn a new personal best and a 61st-place finish.

Dawson and Diaz both competed in the 800-meter run on Saturday. Diaz placed 63rd in the men's section with a time of 1:51.73, while Dawson clocked 2:15.59 to earn 127th place.

The Violets will return to action next Saturday, April 5, at the Metropolitan Championships, held at Icahn Stadium on Roosevelt Island in Manhattan.
