The New York University men's fencing team wrapped up competition at the Philadelphia Invitational, a two-day event which was hosted by the University of Pennsylvania on Saturday and Sunday, January 20 and 21, in Philadelphia, PA.
The Short Story: NYU finished day two on Sunday with a 4-3 record after winning four of five matches on Saturday. On Sunday, the Violets picked up wins over Brown University, Wayne State University, Columbia University, and Yale University, while falling to the University of Notre Dame, St. John's University and host U. Penn. NYU's record now stands at 12-8 this season.
