Eric Graves joined New York University as its Intramural Coordinator and Facility Supervisor in January 2023.
In his role, Graves leads the Intramural Sports program which serves nearly 7,000 students annually. He will also assist in the operation and supervision of various NYU athletic facilities, including the new Paulson Center, which serves an epicenter for various Intramural programming.
Prior to his time at NYU, Graves worked for SLAM Magazine as a Social Media Manager where he developed and implemented strategic social marketing plans, crafted visual designs and brand messaging, and created content and visuals for digital channels.
From 2020-22, Graves was the Campus Recreation Graduate Assistant at Adelphi University where he supervised and managed club sports and intramurals, and helped create the University's E-Sports program.
Graves earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sports Management and Communications, and a Master of Science from Adelphi. He also volunteered in Nairobi, Kenya, in support of sport education at a Youth Center.
Graves is a native and resident of Lynbrook, NY.
