2014-15: Recorded a 14th-place finish in the 6k (career-best, 21:36.19) contributing to a third-place team finish for NYU at Pre-Nationals (9/27)…member of the Connecticut College All-Invitational Team finishing 14th overall (10/18)…finished 19th in the 6k (22:55.93) at the UAA Cross Country Championship (11/1)…made her indoor debut with a season-best time in the mile (5:24.04) at the Armory Track Invitational (1/30-31)…placed 17th in the 3,000m (season-best 10:30.42) at the ECAC Championships (3/6-7)…finished 19th in the 1,500m (4:44.46) at the Princeton University Invitational (5/1-2)…Rider Invitational 4x800m (9:36.28) Champion (4/11/15)…ECAC Metro Runner of the Week (9/17)…UAA Athlete of the Week (9/29)…finished third in the 5,000m (career-best 18:10.00) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/25-26)…UAA Fall, Winter, and Spring Sport All-Academic…Intercollegiate Athletic Advisory Committee Fall and Spring Honor Rolls.

2013-14: NCAA All-American, NCAA All-Region and First Team All-UAA in cross country…first Violet to cross the tape at the NCAA Division III Championship, taking 34th (21:59.3) in the 6k race at the team finished a program-best sixth place overall (11/23)…was the fastest Violet at the UAA Championship (11/2), taking fourth (22:06.1) and helping the team to an overall second-place finish…placed 14th with a season-best time (21:48.1) at the 6k NCAA Atlantic Region Championship (11/16)…produced third-place finishes (19:10.02) at the 5k Monmouth Invitational (9/21) and the 6k (23:08.5) Dickinson Invitational (9/28)…placed second in the 3,000m (personal-best 10:17.33) at the NYU Team Challenge (1/24)…won the mile (personal-best 5:10.48) and posted an indoor best in the 800m (2:25.11) at the Keogh Invitational (2/22)…helped the Violets win the distance medley relay (12:15.15) at the UAA Indoor Championships (2-28-3/1) and post an outdoor season best in the 4x1,500m (19:22.76) at the Raleigh Relays (3/28-29)…placed second (personal-best 4:36.91) at the Widener Invitational (4/18-19)…UAA Presidents Council Scholar-Athlete Team…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…USTFCCCA All-Academic…Intercollegiate Athletics Advisory Committee Fall and Spring Honor Rolls.
 
2012-13: Ran a season-best 6k (21:59.9) at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble (10/13) and a season-best 5k (19:45.0) at the Monmouth Invitational (9/15)…earned All-Region honors with her 30th-place finish (22:53.8) at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championship (11/10)…ran a season-best mile (5:19.82) at the NYC Metro Championships (1/25)…ran a 3,000m season-best time (10:17.95) at the ECAC Indoor Championships (3/1-2)…helped set a team record in the outdoor 4x800m (9:21.28) at the ECAC Championships (5/16-17)…also a member of the Violets’ record-setting 4x1,500 relay (19:17.83) at the Raleigh Relays (3/29-30)…ran a season best (4:38.53) and placed third in the 1,500m at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/27-28)…won the 1,500m (4:40.09) at the Matthew Vassar Twilight Meet (5/3)…Intercollegiate Athletics Advisory Committee Fall and Spring Honor Rolls.
 
High School: Four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams…captained the cross country team as a junior and senior, and the track team as a senior…named York Daily Record Cross Country Runner of the Year her sophomore, junior and senior seasons, and Track & Field Athlete of the Year her junior and senior years…medalist at the Pennsylvania AAA State Cross Country Championship as a senior…three-time YAIAA 1,600m Champion and two-time 3,200m Champion…helped her cross country squads to four county championships and the track squads to three…also a member of the swimming team for two years…volunteered with Catholic Harvest Food Pantry.
