Ingram helped guide men’s sprinter, Matt Powers, to a second-place finish at the University Athletic Association (UAA) Outdoor Championships with a season-best time of 10.90 in the 100-meter dash. She also helped lead the women’s freshmen duo of Rose Branch and Lauren Bangug to top-five finishes in the 60-meter dash at the Seamus McElligott Invitational at Haverford College.

Ingram came to NYU after spending the 2012-13 season as an assistant track & field coach at Manhattan College. There, she primarily worked with the Jaspers' jumpers, assisted with lifting programs, made recruiting calls, and aided with practice sessions.

Ingram has also worked as a personal trainer at the Get Fit Health and Fitness Center for the past five years (2008-2013). There, she assisted athletes by organizing and planning specific exercise programs tailored to their needs while also leading group classes.

A 2003 graduate of Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Science degree in sports management, Ingram was a four-year member of the Pirates' track & field team. While there, she won three straight Big East indoor pentathlon championships (2001-03) and a pair of Big East outdoor titles in the heptathlon (2002-03), setting a meet record with 5,231 points in 2002. In addition, Ingram earned back-to-back Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) heptathlon titles in 2002-03 and competed in the 2003 NCAA Outdoor Championships.

The runner-up in the pentathlon at the 2007 USATF Indoor National Championships, Ingram represented the United States in the heptathlon at the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico. She was also a member of the American team that competed at a meet in the Netherlands in 2006.

A native of Maplewood, NJ, Ingram resides in Brooklyn, NY.
