2008-09: Earned All-America status, finishing 34th (24:59.55) at the NCAA Cross Country Championship (11/22)…also earned NCAA Cross Country All-Atlantic Region honors…finished fourth (25:50.86) and received First Team All-UAA Cross Country accolades (11/1)…placed third (16:02.9) at the NYU Cross Country Invitational (9/20)…NCAA indoor qualifier in the mile and distance medley relay…two-time UAA Athlete of the Week (1/26, 2/9)…placed second in the mile (4:12.21) at the UAA Indoor Championships (3/6-7)…finished fourth in the 5,000m (15:31.77) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/25-26). 2007-08: Posted a ninth-place finish (19:31.2) at the season-opening Monmouth Cross Country Kickoff (9/1)…took 27th (27:44.1) at the Metropolitan Championship (10/5)…notched a 47th-place finish (26:43) at the UAA Championship (10/ 27)…ran a season-best time of 1:58.73 in the 800m at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/18)…posted the team’s third-best time in the 1,000m (2:31.53) with his fifth-place finish at the NYC Metropolitan Indoor Championships (2/1)…UAA Fall Sport All-Academic honoree. 2006-07: Won the individual title (16:21) and helped NYU earn the team championship at the Pete Nevins Cross Country Invitational (10/21)…selected UAA Athlete of the Week (10/24)…posted his top effort of the season in the 1,500m (4:04.99) at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet (5/14)…clocked a personal-best 9:18.91 in the 3,000m at the USMMA Invitational (5/5)…raced to a time of 1:59.34 in the 800m at the UNC-Chapel Hill Invitational (3/31)…recorded a season-best 4:23.64 in the mile at the Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/9).
