2009-10: Earned All-America honors with his 30th-place finish (26:05.2) at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championship (11/21)…earned All-Region honors with a 15th-place finish (25:31.1) at the NCAA Atlantic Region Cross Country Championship (11/14)…earned Second Team All-UAA honors with his ninth place finish (26:40.87) at the UAA Cross Country Championship (10/31)…finished fifth (19:26.53) at the Monmouth Cross Country Kickoff (9/5)…took third place and captured Third Team All-UAA honors in the 10,000m (31:18.66) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/25-26)…won the 5,000m event (15:07.29) at the NYC Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (4/17)…ran a career-best time in the 5,000m (15:05.05) and finished 16th overall at the Raleigh Relays (3/26-27)…victorious in the 10,000m (career-best 30:40.25) at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet (5/10)…ran a career-best in the mile (4:23.83) at the Keogh Invitational (2/19)…Intercollegiate Athletics Advisory Committee Spring Honor Roll…earned USTFCCCA Cross Country All-Academic honors, as well as UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic accolades. 2008-09: NCAA All-Atlantic Region honoree in cross country…finished 12th (26:10.21) and earned Second Team All-UAA cross country honors (11/1)…finished sixth (16:15.8) at the NYU Cross Country Invitational (9/20)…placed seventh in the 5,000m  (15:16.56) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/25-26)…also took seventh in the 3,000m (8:48.81) at the NYC Metropolitan Indoor Championships (1/28)…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic honoree. 2007-08: Finished 97th (30:14.0) at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championship (10/5)…placed 138th (29:10) in his first collegiate race - the Connecticut College Invitational (9/22)…posted the top 1,500m time of the season (4:08.68) among all of the team’s freshmen, recording it at the TCNJ Lions’ Invitational (4/25-26)…also posted a season-best time of 15:51.07 in the 5,000m at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/19-20)…recorded indoor-best times of 2:43.46 in the 1,000m at the Rider-Lafayette Invitational (2/25) and 4:32.31 in the mile at the NYU Fastrack Invitational (2/29). High School: Selected team MVP for both cross country and track & field…recipient of a National Merit Scholarship…selected as an AP scholar with distinction.
