2016-17: Launched his junior campaign with a 39^th-place finish (20:21.9) at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational (9/10)…took 12^th place (25:21.1) at the Inter-Regional Border Battle (10/15) 7.8K Open Race…paced NYU in the 3,000m with a 10^th-place effort (personal-best 8:51.23) at the  Metropolitan Championships (2/3)…finished 12^th in the 1,500m with a personal-best time of 4:03.13 at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/22-23)…captured second in the 1,500m (4:08.74) at the Tom Farrell Classic (5/6)…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…IAAC Fall and Spring Honor Rolls.

2015-16: Made season debut in the 6k (20:27.6) at the Saratoga Invitational (9/12)…finished 53^rd in the 8k (28:44.96) at the Dickinson Invitational (9/26)…ran an indoor personal best 9:37.00 at the NYC Metro Championships (2/5)…notched an outdoor career-best 4:12.71 in the 1,500m at the TCNJ Lions Invitational (4/30)…IAAC Spring Honor Roll.
 
2014-15: Placed eighth in the five-mile (29:16) in his collegiate debut at the Monmouth Invitational (9/20)…made his indoor debut in the 3,000m (9:42.85) at the Gotham Cup (1/16)…debuted with an outdoor personal best in the 1,500m (4:30.39) at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/27-28).
 
High School: Four-year cross country and three-year track & field team member…captain of both teams and state champion in the 4x800 as a senior…helped lead the cross country team to the state championships as a sophomore…anchored the school’s record-breaking 1,600m sprint medley and distance medley relay teams…All-State indoor track & field …Thomas Sullivan Scholar-Athlete Award recipient…volunteered with his church at a local soup kitchen…also played basketball for one season.
 
Personal: Minoring in computer science, business of entertainment, media and technology, and history…enjoys basketball and golf…father played football and ran indoor and outdoor track at the University of Pennsylvania…aspires to work in the computer software industry.
