2008-09: Ran a season-best time (9:14.56) in the 3,000m at the Boston University Terrier Invitational (1/24)…ran a 4:46.67 mile and captured 39th place at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational (1/9)…placed 37th (18:52) at the season-opening Marist Cross Country Invitational (9/5)…finished 79th (28:41.7) the Metropolitan Cross Country Championship (10/10)…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic honoree. 2007-08: Finished 18th in his first collegiate competition at the Monmouth Cross Country Kickoff (19:51.5, 9/1)…went on to race at the NYU Invitational (54th, 26:50, 9/5), the Connecticut College Invitational (46th, 26:45, 9/22), the Metropolitan Championship (41st, 28:14.5, 10/5), and the UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational (139th, 26:27.61, 10/13)...ran personal bests of 15:37.10 in the 5,000m at the Penn Invitational (4/5) and 33:00.15 in the 10,000m at the UAA Championships (4/19-20).
