2015-16: Made season debut in the 6k (20:10.0) at the Saratoga Invitational (9/12)…competed in the 8k (27:07) at the UAA Championship (10/31)…set indoor personal bests in the 3,000m (9:08.29) at the Ramapo Season Opener (1/15) and in the mile (4:24.68) at the Boston University Valentine’s Invitational (2/13)…finished ninth in the mile (4:25.00) at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/27-28)…registered outdoor personal bests in the 1,500m (4:09.96) at the Raleigh Relays (3/26) and in the 3,000m steeplechase (9:50.88) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/23-24)…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic.
 
2014-15: Placed seventh in the five-mile (29:15) at the Monmouth Invitational (9/20)…member of the Violets’ seventh-place 4x800m relay (8:12.67) at the Metropolitan Championships (2/6)…posted an outdoor season best in the 1,500m (4:23.02) at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/27-28)...UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…Intercollegiate Athletic Advisory Committee Fall and Spring Honor Rolls.
 
2013-14: Debuted for the Violets at the Ramapo Cross Country Invitational (9/14) and finished 43^rd in the five-mile race (28:40.1)…set an indoor personal best in the mile (4:37.58) at the NYU Team Challenge (1/24)…helped the Violets to a seventh-place finish in the distance medley relay (10:39.93) at the NYC Metro Championships (1/31)…clocked an indoor personal best in the 800m (2:04.09) at the McElligot Invitational (2/8)…set an outdoor season best in the 1,500m (4:10.33) and finished ninth at the Princeton Elite Meet (5/3)…posted an outdoor best in the 800m (2:02.36) at the TCNJ Invitational (4/12)…Intercollegiate Athletics Advisory Committee Fall and Spring Honor Rolls.
 
High School: Four-year cross country and track & field team member…served as captain as a senior…three-time All-Conference honoree in cross country and two-time in track & field…earned All-State honors in track & field as a senior…Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference Scholar-Athlete Award and United States Army Reserve Scholar Athlete Award…National Honor Society, Tri-M Music Honors Society and World Language Honors Society member.
 
Personal: Steinhardt Scholarship recipient…has worked as a volunteer with the Red Cross Blood Drive and Amnesty International…aspires to work in audio engineering and audio research and development…enjoys mountain biking, as well as playing and building guitars…minoring in Web Development, and Computer Science.
