2016-17: Opened the cross country season with a 10^th-place finish (19:39.3) at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational (9/10)…finished 38^th (25:25.2) at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championship (11/12) and 258^th (20:45.4) at the NCAA National Championship (11/19)…placed seventh in the 3,000m (season-best 8:52.29) at the SPIRE North Coast Indoor Open (1/21)…took eighth in his first-ever 10,000m (15:10.59) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/22-23)…paced the Violets in the 5,000m (15:18.47) with a 34^th-place finish at the Sam Howell Invitational (4/7)…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…USTFCCCA All-Academic…IAAC Spring Honor Roll.

2015-16: Made season debut and finished 14^th in the 6k (19:30.4) at the Saratoga Invitational (9/12)…finished sixth in the five-mile (26:54.5) at the NYC Metro Championship (10/10)…competed in the 8k (26:05) at the UAA Championship (10/31) and in the 8k (26:42.6) at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship (11/14)…notched indoor season bests in the mile  (4:25.77) at the Ramapo Season Opener (1/15) and in the 3,000m (8:38.71) at the Boston University Valentine’s Invitational (2/13)…member of NYU’s season best third-place distance medley relay (10:14.46) at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/27-28)…posted outdoor season bests in the 5,000m (15:22.34) at the Sam Howell Invitational (4/8-9) and in the 1,500m (4:11.23) at the Swat Meet (5/16)…UAA Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…IAAC Fall Honor Roll.

2014-15: Made his collegiate debut in the 6k (19:35) at the Saratoga Invitational (9/13)…picked up All-Invitational honors with a 13th-place finish in the 8k (26:21) at the Connecticut College Invitational (10/18)…competed in the 8k (26:14) at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship (11/15)…ran an indoor best in the 3,00m (8:56.57) at the Armory Track Invitational (1/30-31)…member of the runner-up distance medley relay (10:14.80) at the Metropolitan Championships (2/6)…notched an indoor best in the mile (4:20.92) at the Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/13-14)…participated on the Violets’ outdoor season-best 4x800m relay (first, 8:19.28) and was runner-up in the 1,500m (4:08.13) at the Rider Invitational (4/11)…recorded an outdoor best in the 5,000m (seventh, 15:09.70) at the Princeton Open (5/1-2)…posted an outdoor best in the 1,500m (3:58.54) at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (5/11)…Intercollegiate Athletic Advisory Committee Fall Honor Roll.
 
High School: Four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams…member of the Nike Cross Nationals Southeast Region Team Champion…two-time cross country All-State, three-time cross country Academic All-State, one-time track & field All-State, and two-time track & field Academic All-State…Xavier Scholar and National Merit Finalist.
