Biography

2014-15: Team member, but did not compete.
 
2013-14: Did not compete during the cross country season…finished fifth in the 800m (personal-best 1:56.89) at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/28-3/1)…ran an indoor career best in the mile (4:31.14) at the Keogh Invitational (2/22)…helped the 4x400m relay team to an indoor season best time (7:45.17) at the Millrose Games (2/15) and was the member of the winning 4x800m team (7:50.50) at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships (3/7-8)…won the 1,500m (4:00.95) at the outdoor season opener, the USF Bulls Invitational (3/20-21)…ECAC Athlete of the Week (3/26)…helped the Violets set a season best in the 4x800m relay (7:45.09) at the Raleigh Relays (3/28-29)…placed second in the 800m (1:55.52) at the Ramapo Invitational (4/5) and in the same event (1:54.11) at the Princeton Elite Meet (5/2)…set a personal best in the 800m (1:52.76) at the Swat Final Qualifying Meet (5/12) and in the 1,500m (3:55.11) at the Salisbury Final Qualifying Meet (5/16).
 
2012-13: Made his collegiate debut in the 6k (21.23.6) at the Monmouth Cross Country Kickoff (9/1)…did not compete indoors due to injury…ran a season best in the 1,500m (4:05.24) at the Matthew Vassar Twilight Meet (5/4)…member of the Violets’ third-place 4x400m relay team (3:24.43) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/27-28).
 
High School: Four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams…served as captain for the indoor and outdoor track team his senior year and for the cross country team as a junior…set school records in the 1,600m, 1,000m and 800m…recipient of the Student Athlete Award…helped lead his team to the North 2 Group 3 Sectional Championship for outdoor track as a junior…High Honor Roll student and National Honor Society member.
 
Personal: Enjoys traveling, golfing and tennis…favorite athletic memory is setting his high school record in the 4x400m relay.
