2015-16: Earned All-America honors with his eighth-place finish in the 400m (50.06) at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/11-12)…qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 200m and 400m…USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region in the 200m and 400m…ECAC Metro/Upstate Athlete of the Week (4/27)…ran an indoor career best and finished first in the 500m (1:04.83) at the Ramapo Season Opener (1/15)…participated on NYU’s indoor season-best 4x400 relay (3:18.64) at the Boston University Valentine’s Invitational (2/13)…placed second in the 200m (21.88) and 400m (48.22), and was a member of NYU’s record breaking first-place 4x400 relay (3:18.94) at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/27-28)…finished first in the 200m (career-best 21.53), second in the 400m (season-best 47.93), and was a member of NYU’s outdoor season best first-place 4x100 relay (41.78) and 4x400 relay (3:16.52) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/23-24)…participated on NYU’s first-place 4x400 relay (3:18.47) at the Tom Farrell Track & Field Classic (5/7)…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…Arthur Ashe, Jr. Sports-Scholar Award.

2014-15: Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 400m…set an indoor season best and placed fifth in the 200m (22.44) at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23)…came in fourth and notched an indoor season best in the 500m (1:04.98) at the Metropolitan Championships (2/6)…recorded an indoor personal best in the 400m (49.01) at the Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/13-14)…member of NYU’s season best 4x400m relay (3:23.49) which placed third at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/28-3/1) and the season best distance medley relay (10:09.26), which placed second at the ECAC Indoor Championships (3/6-7)…won the 400m (50.76) at the Rider Invitational (4/11)… member of the Violets’ outdoor season best second-place 4x100m relay (42.33), and placed fourth with an outdoor season best in the 200m (21.97) at the Greyhound Invitational (4/18)…won the 200m (22.20), was second with a personal best in the 400m (47.56) and was a member of the third-place 4x100m (42.86) and sixth-place 4x400m (3:21.90) relays at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/25-26)…participated on NYU’s outdoor season best second-place 4x400m relay (3:17.96) at the Swarthmore Invitational (5/11)…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…Intercollegiate Athletic Advisory Committee Spring Honor Roll.
 
2013-14: Set an indoor season best in the 400m (49.93) and helped the Violets to their indoor season-best time in the 4x400m (3:22.50) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/8)…posted an indoor 800m collegiate best time (2:03.76) at the Keogh Invitational (2/22)…placed second in the 400m (50.21) at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/28-3/1)…also helped the fourth-place Violets to their indoor season-best time in the distance medley relay (10:19.91) and to a third-place finish in the 4x400m relay (3:24.49) at the UAA’s…placed second in the 500m (season-best 1:05.77) at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships (3/7-8)… helped the Violets to outdoor season-best times in the sprint medley relay (3:29.02) and the 4x400m (3:19.88) at the Raleigh Relays (3/28-29)…won the 400m (49.73) at the Widener Invitational (4/18-19)…took third place in the event (49.88) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/26-27) and finished fifth in the 200m (season-best 22.20 in preliminaries)…posted his 400m season best (49.50) at the Swat Final Qualifying Meet (5/12)…UAA Athlete of the Week (4/21)…ECAC Metro Athlete of the Week (4/23).
 
High School: Four-year track & field team member…served as captain as a senior…All-Conference in the 600m and Division Champion in the 800m as a senior…helped lead his teams to county championships as a sophomore and senior, to division championships as a sophomore and junior, and to a conference championship as a junior…AP Scholar with Distinction and Honor…National Honor Society member.
 
Personal: Has worked with Relay for Life and Divas Half Marathon for Breast Cancer…enjoys learning about the way other people think and helping others…hopes to pursue a career in counseling.
