On Friday, January 17, New York University's women's swimming & diving team will be competing in a dual meet against host Wagner College in Staten Island, NY, while both the men's and women's teams will host Springfield College at the Palladium Athletic Facility (PAF) in Manhattan on Saturday, January 18.
The dual-meet against Wagner will be the Violets' first ever competition against the Seahawks. Wagner has started the season off with an 8-1 dual meet record, while NYU has maintains a 4-1 record.
The men's and women's teams both fell to Springfield last season. Springfield's men's team currently possesses a 2-6 dual meet record, while the women's team has a 5-4 mark.
In the Violets' last meet, the women were victorious over 16 opponents during the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships. The men finished in second place out of 14 teams.
The women's Wagner meet will begin at 4:00pm on Friday, and the Springfield dual meet will begin with diving at 12:00pm at the PAF. Results and recaps will be available after each day at
