The United Volleyball Conference (UVC) announced its 2026 All-Academic selections, with 11 members of the NYU men's volleyball team earning recognition for their accomplishments in the classroom and on the court.
The Violets were also recognized as a UVC All-Academic Team after posting a 3.63 team GPA during the spring semester, the highest mark among all UVC institutions.
Representing NYU on the 2026 UVC All-Academic Team were Gabriel Bialek, Ethan Du, Angus Ebeling, Emerson Evans, Dylan Hsu, Jeremy Li, Devyn Nguyen, Bennet Tchaikovsky, Jake Upham, Krish Vasan, and Matthew Warter.
To be selected to the UVC All-Academic List, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30, be at least a sophomore academically, display positive conduct on and off campus, and be enrolled full-time at their institution.
NYU's 3.63 GPA was followed by MIT at 3.60, while Vassar (3.55), St. John Fisher (3.51), SUNY New Paltz (3.42) and Hobart (3.31) also earned UVC All-Academic Team honors.
