Ryan Shayani battled through a close match at No. 6, pulling out a 7-6, 10-6 victory to complete the sweep.
"It was a good win for the men as The College of New Jersey has historically given us problems," said Head Coach
Horace Choy. "There were some close matches, but we managed to pull them all out. I'm happy that the team did not look past today's opponent ahead of our UAA match-up tomorrow,"
The Violets, now 5-1, will return to action tomorrow when they face Brandeis University at the Stadium Tennis Center in the Bronx. First serves are set for 12:00 PM.
