Home fields for the New York University baseball and softball teams, which begin varsity play in 2014-15, have been secured.
The baseball team will play its home games at MCU Park, home site of the Brooklyn Cyclones, in Brooklyn, NY.
The NYU softball team will be playing its home games at the Bahoshy Softball Complex on the campus of NCAA Division I Fordham University in the Bronx, NY.

Fordham University's Bahoshey Softball Complex. Fordham's campus is located in the Rose Hill section of the Bronx. The Fordham Bahoshy Complex was completely redone in 2012 when a new grandstand and backstop behind home plate were installed, giving fans a great view to watch the game. In addition, new in-ground dugouts for the teams and a climate-controlled press box, as well as a second batting cage and bullpen area were added.Located on Surf Avenue in the historic Coney Island section of Brooklyn, MCU Park has been the home site of the Brooklyn Cyclones, the Short-Season Class A affiliate of the New York Mets, since its opening in 2001. Named the "Most Fun Ballpark in Minor League Baseball" by
Fox News in 2012, MCU Park overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the famous Wonder Wheel and Coney Island Cyclone landmarks.
The NYU baseball team last played on the varsity level in 1974 as a NCAA Division I program. This will be the first time NYU has featured a women's varsity softball team.
Both teams will now compete at the NCAA Division III level.
The baseball team plays its first game of the season on February 13 vs. Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA, and its first home game at MCU Park on March 28 vs. Brandeis University.
The softball team plays its first game of the season on March 10 vs. Emory University in Altamonte Springs, FL, and its first home game at the Bahoshy Softball Complex on March 21 vs. Montclair State University.
