John Mish's strong senior season has earned New York University's senior center some publicity outside of the program.  The 6-5 native of Holland, PA, is currently profiled on FiveBoroSports.com for his low-post prowess.

In the Violets' 8-0 start, Mish is averaging team highs of 14.5 points and 9.4 rebounds, including four double-doubles.  He has scored in double digits in each of NYU's first eight contests.

The Violets return to action Tuesday, Jan. 6, at 7 p.m. when they host SUNY Oneonta in its final tune-up before beginning University Athletic Association (UAA) play on Friday at home against Carnegie Mellon University.
