Holly Crane joined New York University as Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach in December 2021.
Crane brings personal training and strength and conditioning experience to NYU as she currently serves as a self-employed personal trainer in the New York City area.
She has served as a strength and conditioning coach at multiple levels, including NCAA Division I Fordham University in the Bronx where she worked as a Strength and Conditioning Intern in 2018. Crane also worked as the Strength and Conditioning Coach at The Calhoun School on the Upper West Side from 2017-18.
Crane also taught weight training and conditioning at the University of Minnesota (2015-17) while working toward a master's degree.
She is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer, among other credentials.
A Brooklyn resident, Crane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature and Africana Studies from Williams College in 2012 and a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota in 2017.
