2009-10: Placed 15th with a career-best time in the 5,000m (20:55.36) at the Miami Hurricane Invitational (3/19)…posted a season-best time in the 3,000m (11:25.00) at the Haverford Keogh Invitational (2/19)…finished 19th in the JV race (22:26.00) at the Williams College Purple Valley Cross Country Classic (9/26)…Intercollegiate Athletics Advisory Committee Fall and Spring Honor Roll…earned UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic honors. 2008-09: Finished 18th (21:04.4) at the NYU Cross Country (9/20) and 18th (23:04) at the Marist Cross Country invitationals (9/5)…placed 53rd (24:04.71) at the UAA Cross Country Championship (11/1) and 109th (26:19.5) at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (11/15)…finished second in the 10,000m (42:20.93) at the NYC Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (4/18)…took 22nd place in the mile (5:43.97) at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/16)…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic honoree. 2007-08: Ran a season-best 20:42 at the NYSCTC Cross Country Championship (11/3)...finished 18th (21:42) at the Wellesley Cross Country Invitational (10/20)…helped the Violets place sixth in the distance medley relay (10:38.48) at the UAA Indoor Championships (3/7-8)…finished sixth in the 5,000m  (20:03.85) at the TCNJ Lions Invitational (4/26).
