Morgan Taylor is in her first season as an assistant coach with the New York University women’s basketball team. She assists the program with daily operations, including on-campus recruiting, travel, marketing, film exchange, practice, and game-day operations.
Taylor’s experience in athletics includes work at Major League Soccer (MLS), with the WNBA’s Washington Mystics and with the George Washington University women’s basketball team.
A December 2011 graduate of George Washington with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and sports management, Taylor served as the women’s basketball team’s Head Manager for two seasons.
During that time, Taylor also served as a basketball operations intern with the Mystics. She later worked as a digital media intern at BET Networks before becoming a digital properties intern with MLS.
A native and resident of Baldwin, NY, Taylor is currently pursuing a Master of Science (M.S.) in Sports Business from NYU’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies.
