2010-11: Earned All-America honors as a member of the Violets’ seventh-place distance medley relay team (10:09.53) at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/11-12)…helped the DMR to a silver medal and a new NYU school record (9:54.88) at the ECAC Indoor Championships (3/4-5)…also ran an indoor season-best time in the 800m (1:57.06) at that meet…placed second in the 1,000m (season-best 2:32.38) at the NYU Team Challenge (2/19)…helped the 4x400m relay to a season-best time (3:28.87) and a fifth-place finish at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/26-27)…notched a season-best time in the mile (4:28.91) at the Haverford Keogh Invitational (2/5)…posted a ninth-place finish and a season-best time in the 1,500m (4:10.63) at the Emory University Invitational (3/19)…helped the DMR to a fourth-place finish (11:30.13) at the NYC Metro Outdoor Championships (4/15-16)…member of the Violets’ 4x400m relay that finished fifth (3:25.11) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/22-23)…also posted a season-best 800m time (1:57.42) and a seventh-place finish at that meet…won the 800m (1:59.43) at the Matthew Vassar Invitational (5/6)…ran a cross country season-best 28:22 in the 8K at the Metro Championship (10/8)…ran a season-best 12:44.2 in the 4K at the Stevens Invitational (9/24)…UAA Athlete of the Week (3/7)…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring All-Academic honoree…Intercollegiate Athletics Advisory Committee Fall and Spring Honor Roll. 2009-10: Helped the DMR place second (10:08.93) at the UAA Indoor Championships (3/5-6)…contributed to the Violets’ season-best times in the 4x400m relay (3:25.79) at the Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/13), the 4x800m relay (7:52.65) at the Raleigh Relays (3/26-27),  and in the sprint medley relay (3:47.35) at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational (1/8)…ran an outdoor season-best 800m (1:58.02) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/24-25) and indoor career-best (1:56.96) at the Valentine Invitational (2/13)…ran a personal-best (4:27.00) and finished 20^th in the mile at the Haverford Keogh Invitational (2/19)…placed seventh at the Shore A.C. Cross Country Invitational (10/24) with a season-best time (17:01)…selected for both the UAA Presidents Scholar-Athlete Team and the Arthur Ashe, Jr. Sports-Scholar Award…collected UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic honors…Intercollegiate Athletics Advisory Committee Fall Honor Roll. 2008-09: Member of NYU’s fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:28.07) at the UAA Indoor Championships (3/6-7) and sixth-place 4x800m relay (8:06.94) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/25-26)…ran a season-best 800m (1:59.12) at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games (2/13)…helped the DMR place third (10:19.58) at the NYC Metro Indoor Championships (1/28)…placed 41^st (19:24) at the season-opening Marist Cross Country Invitational (9/5). High School: Four-year member of the cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field teams...served as a team captain…helped West Windsor capture the Group 3 State Championship of New Jersey…ran personal bests of 1:57 in the 800m and 4:32 in the 1600m …received the Colonial Valley Conference Sportsmanship Award…recipient of the West Windsor-Plainsboro North Student Council Scholarship and the Shop Rite $1,000 Scholarship…New Jersey Scholar-Athlete award recipient. Personal: Minoring in mathematics and pre-business studies…enjoys anything music-related and popcorn at the movies…volunteered at the West Windsor Township Office…plans eventually to attend graduate school.
