Biography
2016-17: Earned All-ECAC honors for his 12th-place finish at the ECAC Cross Country Championship (11/5)…launched his indoor season by taking 38th in his debut in the 3,000m (9:33.01) at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/20)…recorded a new personal-best time of 15:59.89 in the outdoor 1,500m at the Vassar Twilight Meet (5/5).
2015-16: Ran an indoor season-best 16:52.77 in the 5,000m at the NYC Metro Championships (2/5)…notched an outdoor season-best 16:28.06 in the 5,000m at the Swat Meet (5/16)…did not compete during the cross country season.
2014-15: Attended NYU, but was not a team member.
2013-14: Debuted with a 22nd-place finish in the 6k (20:16.5) at the Monmouth Cross Country Kickoff (8/31)…took 13th in the open 8k race (27:34.7) at the Oberlin Invitational (10/19)…finished fifth in the 5k (17:03.2) at the Shore AC XC Final (11/2)…did not compete during the track & field season.
High School: Three-year cross country and track & field team member…helped lead his teams to NEPSTA Championships in both cross country and track & field…Hunt Award recipient.
Personal: Enjoys lifting, running and watching television
