2010-11: Notched a season-best time in the 8K (30:44) at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championship (10/8)…posted an indoor season-best time in the 800m (2:03.41) at the NYU Team Challenge (2/19)…ran an outdoor season-best time in the 800m (2:07.41) at the Emory University Invitational (3/19)…clocked a season-best time in the 1,500m (4:14,22) at the TCNJ Lions Invitational (4/30). High School: Member of indoor and outdoor track & field teams for four years each and member of cross country for three years…captained indoor track his senior year…helped indoor track team win Class B championships as a freshman, sophomore and senior, and helped outdoor team win Class B championships as a junior and senior…volunteered for Big Buddies and at Camp Sunshine…won the Colby College Book Award.
