2009-10: Set a personal indoor best with his fifth-place finish in the shot put (14.17m) at the UAA Indoor Championships (3/5-6)...posted a personal outdoor best shot put distance (13.80m) and finished fourth at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/24-25)…finished first in Flight 1 of the shot put event (12.95m) at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational (1/8).
