2013-14: Debuted for the Violets with a 39^th-place finish over the 6k course (21:23.0) at the Monmouth Cross Country Kickoff (8/31)…took ninth in the 5k (17:35.1) at the Shore AC Cross Country Meet (11/2)…helped the Violets to third-place finishes in the 4x800m (8:13.68 and 7:52.80, respectively) at the Saturday Night Shootout (1/18) and the NYU Metro Championships (1/31)…took third at the NYU Team Challenge (1/24) as a part of the NYU distance medley relay squad (10:29.33)…set an indoor personal best in the 800m (2:00.31) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/8)…won the 1,500m (indoor-best 4:15.16) at the Draddy Invitational (2/15)…notched an indoor personal best in the mile (4:34.80) at the Keogh Invitational (2/22)…posted outdoor personal bests in the 800m (2:00.30) at the Ramapo Invitational (4/5) and in the 1,500m (4:07.61) at the TCNJ Invitational (4/12)…helped the Violets to fifth place in the 4x800m relay (8:04.19) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/27-28)…Intercollegiate Athletics Advisory Committee Spring Honor Roll.
 
High School: Four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams…served as cross country captain as a senior…named Best Newcomer for cross country as a freshman and Most Inspirational as a senior…helped lead his cross country teams to CCS Championships as a sophomore and junior, and to league championships as a sophomore, junior and senior…helped his track & field team to a league championship as a senior.
