2011-12: Member of the Violets’ 4x400m relay championship team (3:24.37) and finished seventh in a career-best 7.25 in the 60-meter dash at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/25-26)…also finished third in the 60m dash (7.27) at the Seamus McElligott Invitational (2/4)…member of the Violets’ 4x200m relay that set a team record (1:30.83) at the NYU Division III Challenge (2/18)…also ran an indoor season-best time of 51.58 and finished seventh in the 400m at that meet…ran a season-best time of 22.72 in the 200m at the Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/11)…ran to a third-place finish in the 200m (23.55) at the Seamus McElligott Invitational (2/4)…ran an outdoor season-best time in the 200m (23.05), finishing sixth at the Sam Howell Invitational (4/6-7)…ran a season-best time in the 400m (51.59) and was a member of the Violets’ fourth-place 4x100m relay team (season-best 42.72) at the TCNJ Invitational (4/14)…member of the Violets’ second-place 4x100m relay (43.13) and sixth-place 4x400m relay (season-best 3:25.65) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/27-28). 2010-11: Placed sixth in the 200m (24.03) and helped the 4x400m relay team to a fifth-place finish (3:28.87) at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/26-27)…ran a season-best time in the 60m (7:36) at the NYC Metro Indoor Championships (1/29)…posted indoor career-best times in the 200m (22:47) and 400m (50.80) at the Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/11-12)…placed sixth and ran an outdoor career-best time in the 200m (22.64) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/22-23)…posted an outdoor career-best time in the 400m (51.24) at the Ramapo Roadrunner Invitational (4/2). High School: Spent four years on the outdoor track & field teams and two on indoor…captained both teams his junior and senior years…named MVP of both squads as a junior and senior…First Team All-Shore in the 4x400m indoors and First Team All-Ocean in the 400m outdoors his junior year…helped indoor team to county and section championships as a junior and outdoor team to county championship as a senior…also played two years of basketball and one year of football…belonged to the Interact Club and Heroes and Cool Kids…won the Senior of the Month Award in October…received the Edward J.
