Biography

2017-18: Took second place in the 5000m (15:04.10) at the AARTFC Indoor Track & Field Championships (3/2-3)…finished third in the 3000m (8:35.64) at the Mets Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/1-2)…posted a 10th place finish at the UAA Cross Country championships (10/28) with a time of 26:28.2 in the 8K…recorded personal-best times in the mile, 3000m, 5000m and the 8K…Second Team All-UAA…USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region… UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…ECAC Fall and Spring President’s Honor Rolls…IAAC Fall and Spring Honor Rolls…Arthur Ashe, Jr. Sports-Scholar Award.
2016-17: Finished second at the ECAC Division III Cross Country Championship (11/5), earning All-ECAC honors…UAA Athlete of the Week honoree (11/7)…registered a personal-best 3,000m (8:47.47) at the Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/11)…posted a career-best 10,000m (31:54.81) and finished ninth at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/22-23)…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…IAAC Fall and Spring Honor Rolls.
 
2015-16: Made collegiate debut in the 8k (20:30.7) at the Saratoga Invitational (9/12)…finished 39th in the 8k (26:16) at the UAA Cross Country Championship (10/31)…ran indoor season bests in the mile (4:35.25) at the Gotham Cup (1/22), in the 3,000m (8:55.48) at the Boston University Valentine’s Invitational (2/13) and in the 5,000m (15:33.73) at the UAA Championships (2/27-28)…notched outdoor personal bests in the 1,500m (4:14.34) at the Raleigh Relays (3/26), in the 5,000m (15:22.94) at the Sam Howell Invitational (4/8-9) and in the 10,000m (33:35.24) at the UAA Championships (4/23-24)…IAAC Spring Honor Roll.
 
High School: Four-year member of both the cross country and track & field teams…senior captain…named Most Valuable Runner as a sophomore and senior, and Most Improved Runner as a junior…scholar athlete.
 
Personal: Volunteered with Reading Partners…enjoys anything sports related and reading…aspires to work in the sports industry.
