TEAM BIO:
The club offers competitive badminton players an outlet to continue to develop their skills and keep in shape during their tenure at NYU. In addition to our practice times where we do conditioning exercises & drills, we also participate in multiple tournaments/scrimmages against other schools in the Northeast Region and greater US, providing ample opportunity to play badminton while studying at NYU. The club also offers a sense of community among enthusiasts of the sport, as many of our team members develop friendships that start on-court, and continue off-court and even after their time at NYU comes to an end. The NYU Badminton team is highly competitive with at least two years of experience recommended when trying out for the team.
