The Runners Club is open to all students, faculty, staff, and alumni who are members of the NYU Fitness Network. Come and enjoy the healthy and fun atmosphere of the Runners Club. Whether you are a competitive or seasonal runner, or even if you just started your running career, the Running Club helps you to achieve your goals. Join our coached group activities, including treadmill workouts, and runs throughout the city. Club members participate in training and races throughout the year, primarily 5k's and 10k's.

CLUB TYPE: Tier 2 - Competitive

CLUB DUES & PARTICIPANT EXPENSES: Low

PERSONAL EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Yes
 
SEASON: Fall, Winter, and Spring (September - May)

SKILL LEVEL: Open to ALL skills and experiences

PRACTICE TIMES:
Tues – 5PM, track workout @ McCarren Park
Wed – 8AM, strength training @ the turf in 404
Thurs – 5PM, group run @ Marsha P. Johnson Memorial Fountain
Saturday – 10AM, group run @ Marsha P. Johnson Memorial Fountain
Sunday – 10AM, excursion + long run @ variable location

PRACTICE LOCATION: Varied Runs around NYC & Team Workouts at 404 Fitness

ANNUAL COMPETITIONS: 8-12
