2010-11: Ran in five cross country meets in her first NYU campaign…posted a season-best 5k time of 21:27 at the Metropolitan Championship (10/8) and a 6k best of 24:39 at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh Invitational (10/16)…only ran the 3,000m indoors and posted a season-best 10:36.01 at the ECAC Championships (3/4-5)…missed the remainder of the outdoor season due to injury after running 5:16.19 in the 1,500m at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/26). Pre-NYU: Attended Bard College for two years and was a member of the cross country team for both…named First Team All-Conference both seasons…two-time Skyline Conference Runner of the Week as a sophomore…helped lead her team to the Skyline Conference championship her sophomore season…Honors Student Athlete. High School: Attended Crossroads College Prep for first two years of high school, where she ran cross country for two years…named team MVP as a freshman and sophomore…also played two years of soccer…did not play sports at Interlochen Arts Academy…belonged to Explorer Post…earned a merit scholarship to attend Interlochen, a fine arts boarding school. Personal: Minoring in middle eastern studies…enjoys playing the piano, traveling and gourmet cooking…spent two months in Palestine with the International Solidarity Movement…plans on getting a PsyD in clinical psychology and opening her own practice.
