The New York University men's tennis team was defeated by Brandeis University 7-2 on Sunday, March 13, at the Stadium Tennis Center in the Bronx, NY.
NYU is now 2-3 on the season.
Benedict Teoh pulled out a narrow victory at #1 singles, winning 6-4, 3-6, 12-10. At #3 doubles, the team of
Matt DeMichiel and
Yanik Parsch were victorious by a score of 8-4.
"Brandeis is strong at singles and showed it today," said Head Coach
Horace Choy. "We had some close matches, but we need to win more of them."
