The New York University men's tennis team defeated Hobart College 8-1 on Sunday, April 6, in Geneva, NY.
With the impressive win, the #23-ranked Violets are now 5-1 on the season. Hobart fell to 8-7 after the loss.
NYU dominated in singles, winning all six matches in straight sets.
Senior co-captain
Steven Wu continued his streak of singles victories with another straight-set win. Wu has not dropped a set in singles ths season.
In doubles, the Violets went 2-1 on the day.
"It was a good bounce-back from yesterday's disappointing defeat," said NYU Head Coach
Horace Choy. "Singles has been our strong suit so far this year and that continued in this match."
