The Violets (1-8) were up against the nationally-ranked #22 Judges (11-1) in the first round of the consolation bracket.

Mari Tzakis won their #1 doubles match in dramatic fashion (9-7), but were not succesful in singles.
NYU will face #7-seed University of Rochester (5-11) in the seventh-place game on Sunday, April 27. First serve is scheduled for 9:00 am.
