Highlights
- The Violets had several outstanding chances in the early going, including a Green blast aimed for upper 90 that was stopped by a diving Blake Minchoff in the 13th minute.
- Just minutes later, Luciano threaded a through ball to Chow in behind the defense, but Minchoff charged and slid to block Chow's attempt.
- NYU's best opportunity of the second half came with the game still scoreless. In the 58th minute,
Anthony Baini played a ball into the box that Nimo Freitag Bergstroem brought down near the 6. The sophomore's shot sailed high, however.
- The Judges broke through in the 68th minute. Lee Russo sent in a corner that bounced and found Sam Ocel, who headed it in past Poster.
- Shots ended up even at 12-12 for the game. Poster and Minchoff each totaled three saves in goal.
With the regular season complete, the Violets will await to hear their postseason fate on Monday.
