The New York University women's tennis team got into the win column on Saturday, defeating the Massachuetts Institute of Technology, 8-1.
The Violets swept all three doubles matches and won five out of six singles matches. The win was the first for NYU in dual matches this season.
The Violets return to the courts next weekend when they will compete in the Middlebury College Invitational held in Middlebury, VT.
