The New York University women's tennis team was defeated by University Athletic Association rival Brandeis University 7-2 on Saturday afternoon, at the Middlebury College Invitational.
The Violets ended the Invitational with a 1-1 record as they had defeated Connecticut College on Friday night.
NYU sophomore Elizabeth Feldman won her singles match in straight sets over Ariana Sanai, and is now 4-0 in singles play this season. Feldman also teamed with sophomore Lisa Mijovic, to earn a victory in #2 doubles.
The Violets will face Ithaca College on Saturday, March 28, at 11am at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, NY.
