In their final match of the weekend and second of the day, the New York University men's tennis team put away University Athletic Association rival Brandeis University by a score of 6-3 on Saturday at the Middlebury College Invitational.
After sweeping the three doubles matches, the Violets won three singles matches to clinch their third victory of the season and second at the Invitational. In the singles competition, Calvin Chou, Jason Sacher, and Eugene Tsarevskiy defeated their respective opponents in straight sets.
The Violets take nearly two weeks off of competition before returning to action on March 26 against Drew University at 4:30 p.m. in Madison, NJ.
