Women's Soccer Draws With Host Farmingdale

Violets Tie 0-0

For the third time this season, the unbeaten #19-ranked New York University women's soccer team, played to a 0-0 draw.

Wednesday night's tie, against host Farmingdale State College in Farmingdale, NY, followed similar 0-0 results in the Violets' first two matches of the season.

NYU, now 2-0-3 in 2024, out-shot the Rams 17-6 overall and and 8-4 on goal, but could not solve their keeper, Kelsie Feingold, who stopped all eight NYU shots that she faced.

Riley Felsher was similarly stingy in net for the Violets, recording her fourth shutout of the season after making four saves.

Elizabeth Argenziano led the Violets with four shots, a pair of which landed on net.

Hope Neale and Riley Mullady each attempted three shots for NYU.

The squad is back in action next Wednesday, September 18, at William Paterson University.
