The New York University women's soccer team tied Trinity College (Conn.) 0-0 at Campus Field in Hartford, CT, on Sunday, September 18.
Despite outshooting the Bantams 18-8, including a 10-2 advantage in shots on goal, the Violets were unable to break through during the 90 minutes of regulation and the two 10-minute overtime periods.
"Our team really stepped up its performance as the game wore on," said NYU Head Coach Michelle Canning. "Unfortunately, we weren't as sharp as we could've been with our finishing."
