Violet Fit is our strength training program designed to elevate individuals through weightlifting and functional fitness programming. Rooted in support and inclusivity, our mission is to provide accessible, community-driven strength training experiences for all participants to learn, train and thrive together.
Our program consists of structured classes, open lift sessions, and specialized workshops, offering our community the opportunity to explore strength training at their own pace. With certified trainers available for guidance and a vibrant community to encourage you, Violet Fit is your path to building strength, confidence, and connection.

PROGRAMS (9/15/25 - 12/12/25)
- Intro to Weightlifting: Build your foundation with this beginner friendly, student led class. Focused on dumbbell exercises, this program is perfect for those new to weightlifting, offering guidance and support as you embark on your weightlifting journey.
- Tuesday's 12:00pm - 1:00pm (404 Fitness - Dance Studio)
- Thursday's 6:30pm - 7:30pm (404 Fitness - Dance Studio)
- Kettlebell Training: Take your strength training to the next level with this dynamic, group based class. This class focuses on kettlebell exercises to build functional strength, coordination, and movement
- Tuesday's 1:00pm - 2:00pm (Palladium Athletic Facility - VPC)
- Powerlifting Class: Develop your barbell lifting form and techniques in this class. With an emphasis on barbell movements such as squat, bench press, deadlift, and more - this class is designed to take your strength foundation to the next level.
- Monday's 1:00pm - 2:00pm (Palladium Athletic Facility - VPC)
- Bodyweight & Calisthenics: Harness the power of your own body in this strength based, movement focused class. Emphasizing control, mobility, and progressive bodyweight exercises, this program is perfect for developing functional wellness, and core stability - no equipment required.
- Wednesday's 1:00pm - 2:00pm (Palladium Athletic Facility - VPC)
- Open Training:
- Train at your own pace during our lifting sessions in a fully equipped space. Certified trainers will be available providing a structured workout and assisting with spotting, form cues, advice, workouts, and more. This time slot is ideal for those comfortable with key lifts.

October: Squatober - Celebrate Squatober with a high energy, bodyweight AMRAP challenge. Push your lower body endurnace through squats with as many reps as possible!
November: Push-Up Competition - Join us for a friendly push up competition where the focus is on completing a new personal best on bodyweight push up reps!
December: Winter Workoutland - Step into Winter Workoutland with this turf based sled/push/pull AMRAP! Focused on full body power, and holiday season energy, this event is perfect for anyone looking to challenge themselves and enjoy a fitness finisher before the break.
